Hydrangea Home accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, money orders, personal checks and PayPal. If you are ordering by check or money order, payment must be received within 7 days of placing order. Personal checks must clear before order is shipped. There is a $25.00 returned check fee. Custom orders are non-refundable and require a 50% non-refundable deposit. If an item you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified within 24hrs.

. Please include the colors, approximate size and budget. You may also mail fabric or wallpaper swatches if you would like. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to place a custom order. After the piece is completed Dawn will email you a photo of the finished product for your approval. Upon approval you may phone in credit card info or mail payment to Dawn for shipment of the product.
Hydrangea Home collects customer information only to make your online shopping experience the very best possible. The information you provide will not be given out to any third party with the exception of UPS or USPS for the purpose of informing you of the delivery of your order.
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days; custom orders allow 2-3 weeks. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is shipped (if e-mail address has been provided).
Shipping rates are available through the shopping cart for UPS and USPS. The rates are based on weight and zip code. Occasionally when ordering larger items, shipping may be more than what is calculated during checkout due to an oversized box. If this is the case you will be notified of the extra charge and will have the option to go ahead with your order or you may cancel at this time. You will not be overcharged. If actual shipping rates are less than what is calculated by the shopping cart, you will only be charged the actual shipping rates. Please email me for rates outside of the US. Thank you.

Requests for refunds must be made within 10 days of item's receipt (as indicated by delivery confirmation). Please call asap to receive authorization from us to return merchandise for any reason. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Upon receipt or your order, your email address is added to our newsletter list. Our newsletter is sent out once a month and provides info on sales, new products, events, etc. If you wish not to be added to our list, you may indicate this in the note section on your order, or you may unsubscribe.
